Ed Norton and Frank Hitchings started traveling to the United Kingdom together in 1999. In 2013, they formed the UK Partnership, a network of PCA and EPC congregations facilitating indigenous church planting in the UK.

Ed Norton (US)
Ed Norton has served several churches during his ministry career, including First Presbyterian Church, Jackson, Mississippi; Highlands Presbyterian Church, Madison, Mississippi; and twice at Independent Presbyterian Church (1974–76 and 1997–2023). He is the co-founder and coordinator of the United Kingdom Partnership. He serves on the governing boards of Third Millennium Ministries and Third Millennium Seminary. Additionally, he is a Consultant Coach with McGowan Global Institute. He has been married to his wife, Sally, for forty years. They have three grown children — Evan, Clarke, and Halley — and eight grandchildren.
Frank Hitchings (US)
Frank Hitchings graduated from UT-Knoxville with a bachelor’s degree in business, followed by an M.B.A. in finance at the University of Memphis. After spending his 20’s in business development and acquisitions, God led Frank to Reformed Theological Seminary for his Master of Divinity. Following graduation, LMPC called Frank where he has served since 1991. He is married to Mary Vassar, and they have two daughters, a son, and a son-in-law, and two grandsons.
Michael Armentrout (US)
Michael Armentrout is a native of Chattanooga, TN, and attended Auburn University. He began his career with Newell Rubbermaid in Puerto Rico and St Thomas USVI. While living there, Michael married his college sweetheart Slaton. Although being a newlywed in the Caribbean area was fun, Michael made stops in sunny Melbourne, FL to co-found an advertising business and then snowy Boston to study at Gordon-Conwell. In 2014, after four incredible years and hundreds of apples, the Armentrouts moved from New England to Tennessee. Michael served as the Director of Missions for a church in Nashville where he became directly involved with The Fellows Initiative and The Nashville Fellows Program. Michael and his wife Slaton have three children, Sims, Anna Slaton and Cate.
David Fowler (US)
David Fowler graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor’s degree in public accounting. He spent 36 years in the business world serving in such roles as Certified Public Accountant with an international CPA firm; executive officer with a public real estate investment trust; and chief operating and financial officer for a specialty health care company. His experience includes general management, building development and renovation, budgeting, finance, and human resources. David is married to Amy and they have three adult children: Erin, Kirsten, and Tate.
David Meredith (UK)
David Meredith is a Scottish minister who served as Moderator of the General Assembly of the Free Church of Scotland in 2010. He was born in Paisley and was educated at Amochrie Primary School, Camphill High School before moving to Kensaleyre on the Isle of Skye where he completed his education at Portree High School. He studied English and Politics at Strathclyde University before deciding to study as a minister in the Free Church. He graduated in 1984. In September 1984 he was ordained at the Smithton Church in Inverness. He was the first minister of Smithton Church, Inverness, which he served from 1984 until 2015. He was succeeded as Moderator in 2011 by James Maciver. In 2015 he accepted the role of Mission Director for the Free Church of Scotland based in Edinburgh.
Ralph Cunnington (UK)
Ralph Cunnington is the planter and Senior Pastor of City Church Manchester. City Church has so far directly planted one church and facilitated the planting of an additional 3 churches in Greater Manchester. He is research associate at the Wales Evangelical School of Theology and editor of Foundations. Ralph is married to Anna and Dad to Sophie, Zach and Jacob. He is on the Board of Crosslands, UCCF and 9:38.
Jonty Rhodes (UK)
Jonty Rhodes is minister of Christ Church Central Leeds, a congregation of the International Presbyterian Church in Leeds, United Kingdom. He has spent the last ten years planting churches in England and is the author of Covenants Made Simple. He trained for ministry at Oak Hill Theological College in London, and has formerly served as Assistant Minister at St. Alkmund’s Church in Duffield, and Minister at Christ Church Derby. Jonty is married to Georgina, and they have four children.

Al Barth
Al Barth is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church In America and one of the founders of Redeemer City to City. In 2022, Al joined the staff of Spanish River Church as the Executive Pastor of Ministries and Church Planting. His primary work involves recruiting, consulting, coaching, training, and resourcing church planters and city and regional network leaders. Al is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America, but also serves as a consultant to many denominations and church networks helping them to devise strategies for the planting of new churches or the replanting of old churches in global cities.
Justin Leslein
Justin Leslein is the Executive Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, Macon, Georgia, where he began as the Pastor of Young Adult Ministries after spending 9 years doing college ministry and working in the business world. Justin works with young professionals, Fellows, and college students in and around Macon, GA. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and has a Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary. Justin and Elizabeth have been married over 13 years and have four beautiful children.
Mike Miller
Mike Miller is pastor of outreach and missions at Christ Covenant Church, Matthews, NC. Mike grew up in a military family that lived all over the world. He went to Ole Miss to play football, but more significantly Mike met the Lord and his wife Connie through the ministry of Campus Crusade (Cru). He was discipled by the director of the ministry and challenged to go on staff with Athletes in Action (AIA), where he served for 12 years at the University of South Carolina. Mike first came to Christ Covenant in 1993 as Pastor of Singles/College and Local Outreach. In 2000, the Millers were called to plant a new church in North Palm Beach, Florida, where they served for 11 years before returning to Christ Covenant. Mike was able to pursue his MDiv degree at the RTS campuses in both Charlotte and Orlando. He was ordained as a Teaching Elder in 2006 in the South Florida Presbytery (PCA).
Scotty Smith
Scotty Smith is founding pastor of Christ Community Church (PCA) in Franklin, Tennessee. He is now a teacher in residence at West End Community Church (PCA) in Nashville, a daughter church of CCC. Scotty also serves as an adjunct professor at five seminaries, including Covenant, Westminster, Redeemer, RTS Orlando and Western Seminary in Portland. He is the author of several books including Everyday Prayers as well as Unveiled Hope with Michael Card, and Speechless and Restoring Broken Things with Steven Curtis Chapman.
